Finding and coordinating the right accommodation.
Accommodation sourcing and coordination. We work with properties we have visited ourselves and trust to deliver what they promise. We find the right place for the purpose and the budget, hold the booking, and stay responsible for it after the confirmation email.
What this covers
- Accommodation research and recommendation
- Hotels, guest houses, serviced apartments and residences
- Group and delegation room blocks
- Extended and relocation stays
- Booking, confirmation and on site coordination
- Arrival and welcome arrangements
