Why two countries
Depth before reach.
It is easy to list twenty countries on a website and impossible to be good in all of them. Our team is on the ground in Accra and Ouagadougou. We know the operators personally, we have driven the roads, and we have a view on what is currently sensible rather than what was sensible last year. The network will grow, and it will grow the same way: by being there first.

The anglophone gateway to the region, and our operational base.
Accra is where most arrivals land and where most business gets done. Beyond it the country opens quickly: the Volta and its lake to the east, the coastal forts and the western shoreline, the Ashanti interior around Kumasi, and the forest belt in between. Distances are short enough that a three day programme can cover real ground.

Ouagadougou
Burkina Faso
The francophone side of the axis, and the half of our market that is usually underserved.
Ouagadougou is a working capital with a serious cultural life and very little in the way of professional ground handling. That gap is part of why Lumaya exists. We coordinate arrivals, stays, movement and programmes here the same way we do in Accra, and we advise every client on routes, timing and arrangements based on current conditions on the ground.
